We see a woman lying on the floor, next to a long corridor. Motionless, until a man appears. First, she swings her legs, then her arms. He raises her up, he puts her back down to the floor and pulls her from one side of the corridor to the other. She feels the weight of her body suspended. He changes it from one position to another, and explores the possible movements under these conditions: the a-b-c of both bodies’ joints, of their extents. He observes. Her body feels heavy, but soft. He manipulates it and by doing it we can see which other parts of the body respond to such movement. We can also observe how the movements correlate these two bodies. Let us project ourselves in the active body. Let us think about the passive one. What kind of harmony emerges in the difference?
